Where and when is the event?

  • The event is being held on November 8, 2025 from 6:30 PM until 11:00 PM.
  • The Celebration will be held at The Cherokee Town Club which is located at 155 West Pace Road NW.


How much do tickets cost and when do they go on sale?

  • Ticket sales open on July 7, 2025.
  • Early Bird tickets cost $125 per person and are on sale from July 7 until September 7, 2025.
  • Regular tickets cost $150 per person and are on sale from September 8 until November 7, 2025.
  • Becoming a Patron is $750 and comes with 2 tickets along with other benefits (need a hyper link to patron benefits page). These are on sale from July 7 through November 7, 2025.
  • Becoming a Grand Patron is $1,500 and comes with 4 tickets along with other benefits
    (need a hyper link to patron benefits page). These are on sale July 7 through November 7, 2025.
  • Becoming a Clock Patron is $4,000 and comes with 6 tickets along with other benefits (need a hyper link to patron benefits page).  These are on sale July 7 through November
    7, 2025.

What is the schedule for the evening?

6:30 PM Doors open

6:30- 7:15 PM Cocktails and silent auction

7:15 – 8:15 PM Plated dinner and dessert

8:15 – 9:00 PM 100 Years of Garden Hills

9:00 – 11:00 Socializing, Music and Dancing

How does parking work at the Cherokee Town Club?

  • Self-parking and valet are available. Valet parking is complimentary, and the Town Club has a no-tipping policy.

    Is there a Dress Code?  

    Cocktail attire:

  • Women: Short or long dresses or a pants suit
  • Men: A suit or sports coat and dress slacks (the Cherokee Town Club requires men to wear jackets)
  • No denim is allowed

Will there be a shuttle service from Garden Hills?

  • We are currently exploring the feasibility of having a shuttle service from a central spot in Garden Hills to The Cherokee Town Club. We will let you know when more details are available.

    Will there be food and beverages?

  • Yes! There will be an open bar. During cocktail hour, there will be passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be served at tables, and the entre will be a combination of fish and meat.

    I have food allergies. What can I do?

  • When you purchase your ticket, you can indicate if you have food allergies. The Cherokee Town Club will ensure that your food is free of allergens.

    I have dietary restrictions. What can I do?

  • When you purchase your ticket, you can indicate if you have dietary restrictions. The Cherokee Town Club will ensure that your food meets your dietary needs.

    How will silent auction bidding take place?

  • Everyone attending the Centennial celebration will be asked to download the Greater Giving app, and all silent auction bidding will occur on the app. This includes neighborhood dinners.


    What else can I expect?

  • There will be a live band that will play throughout the evening. After dinner, there will be a celebration of the history of Garden Hills, followed by a live auction. When the live auction is over, the dance floor will be open. You can choose to socialize or dance to the live band.
