Where can I buy tickets?

Individual tickets can be purchased on this website.

 

What is the dress code for the event?

Cocktail attire is recommended.

  • Women:  Short or long dresses or pants suits.
  • Men:  Suits or a sports coat with slacks (denim or other jeans are not allowed).  A coat for men is required.

 

How does parking work at the Cherokee Town Club?

Self-parking and valet will be available.  Valet parking is complimentary. Tipping is not permitted.

 

Will there be a shuttle service from Garden Hills?

We are currently exploring the feasibility of having a shuttle service from a central location in Garden Hills to the Cherokee Town Club.  We will let you know as soon as details are available.

 

Will there be food and beverages?

There will be two open bars and passed hors d’oeuvres from 6:30 – 7:15 PM followed by a seated dinner with wine.  The bars will be open before and after dinner.

 

I have food allergies and dietary restrictions.  What can I do?

When you purchase your ticket, you can indicate if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

 

How can I buy a Centennial Book, what is the cost and how will I get the book?

You can buy a Centennial Book on this website and the cost will be $95.

 

How will the bidding for silent auction items and Neighborhood Parties take place?

Bidding for the silent auction and Neighborhood Parties will take place on your phone.  You will be sent a link to download the Greater Giving app prior to the event. Bidding will begin approximately one week prior to the event. You will be able to learn more about the live auction items on the Greater Giving app, but bidding for these items will only occur during the live auction portion of the Celebration.

 

How do I claim the items or certificates I have successfully bid on?

After the silent auction closes at 9:30 PM, you can check out and receive the certificates and merchandise at the checkout desk.

 

If I can’t attend the Centennial Celebration at Cherokee, can I bid on the silent auction items and Neighborhood Parties?

Yes, we can add you to the database, and you will be able to bid remotely for the silent auction items and Neighborhood Parties. If you are interested in one or more of the live auction items, you can have a friend to bid for you.
